Hello..., Do you know about share market...??
Companies who are interested to generate capital from public get listed in STOCK EXCHANGE. who bought some shares of company means part of ownership in a company. Exchange provides services to stock brokers & traders to buy or sell stocks. People invest their money to gain profits. People used to invest their money in many ways like long term , short term or positional, and also used to trade within a day its called Intraday trading. In market price is moves by Supply and Demand base. When increases demand share price will move to higher high, it is bull run & when increases supply price starts to move downwards, it is Bear run. Share market have the great potential to give good profit and also very riskiest business.
Beginners mind on market :
Now a days many sources are available to learn about market. New people easily attracted to market by some of so called traders influences. By watching You tube videos get the basic knowledge. some traders show genuine profit making path, some others shows only profit screen shot. new people only keep profit in their mind not at all thinking about the risk involved.
As said -"half knowledge is always dangerous". Without knowing the reality of market beginners starts to invest their hard earned money in market. Luckily they will be in profit for some trades, because of greediness they take big risk and loose big. It is the money they are not affordable to loose.Any how they should get return their money so borrows money from friends or family starts to invest again . Again repeat same scenario.
Next step is to get tips from so called market analyst, again loose their money. Market moves by institutional investors and only the way to be in profit we should follow big players. Once lost money in market you can't stay away from market.It is not easy to predict future move of market, for this need to gain some skills by practice.
Reality of trading/ investing :
In market no one is ready to loose their money. everyone is plays for profit. 90% of people cannot survive in market only 10% people make money. patience and discipline plays a big role in trading. Institutional investors trades their funds with proper risk management and most of the time they are hedge their funds. Novice traders has no control on market so they easily wipes out. If you have money in your account then only u can participate in game of money. So preserving capital is biggest task for beginners.Don't be panic when price moves in your predicted side or opposite side, only you will be out of game either hits Stop Loss or Target price.
Way to earn money from market :
Everyone makes mistakes, who learns from mistakes only be the successful in trading. Easy money will get only by the hard work you put on market analysis. If u ask the successful peoples who are trading everyone comes from different situations but they all suffered with same pain while starting stages. It is not a rocket science but the controlling mind, patience and decision making is important thing.
To be successful we should read some books related to share market trading ,money management,understanding the candle stick behaviour, and repetitive patterns identity, present trend, and volume traded in particular time. These factors will be the most effective to take trading decision. Real time market watching and understanding the price movement is makes u better trader in future.
